With Chestfield Cars all bookings will sent a booking confirmation with a unique booking reference. If you haven’t
received confirmation please check spam or junk folder before contacting the office.

We monitor all flights to check if flights are arriving on time or
delayed. Only if your flight is severely delayed, cancelled or you are on another flight you would need to contact us.
If your flight is diverted mid flight you would need to contact us as soon as you land, extra charges may apply.
To change bookings, you can always give us a call on 01227371371 or email us on email@example.com. If you need to change within 24hours notice please phone to make sure, this is possible.
We can take a maximum 4 soft shelled cases and hand luggage in a standard estate vehicle, if you require more luggage you will need to upgrade to the mini bus which can take 8 cases and hand luggage.

We have all types of child seats and they’re free of charge. If you prefer to use your own child seat we can look after the child seat and return the child seat on the return part of the journey.
We can provide multiple pickups/ drop off this would need to told through the office. (extra charges will apply).
We can provide this service our drivers will escort into the airport and help with luggage or to assist with minors just let the office know when booking. (additional fees apply).
Yes, you can pay by card. Payments on card must be through the office which will incur a small fee.
Payments are made to the driver in full on the outbound journey either cash or cheque. Details will be in your confirmation. Inbound journeys or paying by card must be paid prior through the office.
Yes just ask your driver on the fist journey, if payment through the office you will get an official receipt.
Drivers are always 5minutes early to pick you up. If your driver is not at your address she 5 minutes, please phone the emergency phone on the booking form. We have back up drivers on call.
